Our mission is to empower every Club member, through safe and impactful experiences to: graduate high school with a plan for college or a career, contribute to their community, and live a healthy life. We serve over 2,000 kids a year at 5 sites in Vista & Oceanside. At the Boys & Girls Club of Vista, our vision is to ensure that success is within reach of every young person ages 6-18 that comes through our doors. Each and every time the kids come through the doors of our Boys & Girls Club, we provide them with a fun, safe, and positive environment, supportive relationships with caring adult staff, opportunities to succeed, high expectations to meet, and recognition for their efforts and successes. When they walk through our doors, they are provided with a powerful Club experience and life-enhancing programs in our 5 core program areas: The Arts; Health and Life Skills; Sports, Fitness, and Recreation; Education and Career Development; and Character and Leadership Development. Our young people make up about 20% of our population, but they are 100% of our future. When we fail them, we fail our community and ourselves.
