Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond is the premier youth development organization in the Richmond and Petersburg area. Our programs, training, and services impact nearly 1100 children and teens every year. We hire employees that are recognized as leaders in their field with a passion for improving young lives.  
 
BGCMR serves youth and communities in five Club locations with 25 adult professional staff, as well as program volunteers and board members.
