The Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois is a nonprofit organization based in Elgin, Illinois, focused on youth development and partnerships that foster positive outcomes for young people. It operates through six service sites and outreach efforts, collaborating with local schools to reach at-risk students and support education in the classroom. The organization began in 1993, opening a facility at 355 Dundee Avenue with 100 youth; a capital campaign culminated in a new 15,000 square foot clubhouse in 2007. Today it serves about 1,000 youth daily and has a membership base of about 3,000, with education programs delivered at four area middle schools and two high schools. In 2025, it partnered with Waubonsee Community College to launch a free on-campus after-school care program for children of its students at the Aurora Downtown Campus.
