The Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico is a non-profit organization based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, focused on youth development and family support. With over 55 years of service, it operates a network of 18 service centers across the island, including seven Head Start and Early Head Start centers in San Juan and eleven clubs in communities such as Santurce, Mayagüez, San Lorenzo, Carolina, Arecibo, Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, Loíza, Isabela, and Vieques. Its programs provide education, comprehensive development, and socioemotional support for children and youth from two months to 18 years, as well as to parents or caregivers; adults over 18 have access to job training and employability programs. The organization serves more than 15,000 children, youth, and families and employs over 400 professionals on the island. It relies on a range of information technology and fundraising platforms to support its operations and outreach, including MIP Fund Accounting and various digital tools such as WordPress and Classy.
