The Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) Real Estate Games is an annual fundraiser sponsored by the DC, Chicago, New York City, and Atlanta real estate communities to benefit Breakthrough T1D and support a future without type one diabetes (T1D). Members of the commercial real estate industry have joined together since 1990 to prove what we strongly believe - that there is a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D).

Breakthrough T1D is the leading global organization focused on T1D research. Breakthrough T1D's goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D. Breakthrough T1D collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, policy influence and a working plan to bring life-changing therapies from the lab to the community. As the largest charitable supporter of T1D research, Breakthrough T1D is currently sponsoring research in 17 countries.
