Our mission is to support families from pregnancy through the transitions of early parenthood with relationship-based care, evidence-based instruction and resources, and integrative health services for lactation and postpartum. We're here to help families navigate pregnancy, lactation, and postpartum with greater ease and joy, and give them the tools to make informed and empowered decisions that feel best for them.

We strive to fulfill our mission by providing expert-led free and low-cost classes (offered by our non-profit educational arm, Breastfeeding Outreach for Greater Washington), and private consultations with Board Certified Lactation Consultants.

We also offer a variety of other services including a breastfeeding boutique, off-site classes for low income populations, a nursing lounge and a milk depot.
