Brewer Yacht Yards (BYY) have been helping boaters for more than a century. R.G. Brewer, of Mamaroneck opened his chandlery and hardware store in 1879, beginning a long tradition of personal service to professional and recreational boat owners, sailors and fishermen. In 1964, BYY wanted to provide more of that tried and true personal service to more boaters, and acquired the boat yard out back. It remains the first of 26 Brewer Yards located from Maryland to Maine. Our Philosophy is based on the importance of professional staff and immaculately maintained facilities, the need for top flight riggers, carpenters and mechanics, the benefits of constant formal training and the best equipment and tools. Anticipating our customers’ needs, paying close attention to detail, and always following through, ensure we would get things right the first time.
