Bright Path Wellness uses knowledge of functional endocrinology and functional blood chemistry to better assess a patient's needs and map a path to wellness. They starts with collecting extensive patient information through an in depth written intake form and a comprehensive patient interview. Blood chemistry assessment, adrenal stress index and saliva hormone panels are ordered to have a baseline in which to chart a patient's progress. Mineral hair analysis may also be utilized in some cases. A detoxification and purification programs are often used to open up the natural detoxification pathways and to rid the body of toxins, impurities and excess hormone metabolites. Both objective & subjective test results are used to create a nutritional/herbal/food therapy protocol specific to individual patient's needs. Diana feels that acupuncture is an important complementary therapy to a patient’s wellness protocol and is highly recommended. After an appropriate time, the patient is re-tested to track results and to make appropriate adjustments to the patient's customized protocol. In this manner Bright Path gets to the root of patient's health issues and doesn't just treat the symptoms.
