Brightlight Welding & Manufacturing is a precision welding and fabrication shop. We are a complete machine shop and assembly facility located in the heart of Silicon Valley. The company specializes in small run and prototype welding and component part manufacturing. 

We serve the semi-conductor, aerospace, armament, medical device, automobile, and alternative energy equipment industries. Brightlight is also capable of larger production runs and has extensive experience working in this capacity.

The company can weld all types of metals including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel, titanium, chrome. We operate precision CNC equipment and sheet metal forming equipment. Brightlight also maintains precision vacuum weld testing equipment, as well as specialty equipment used to measure three dimensional distances for inspection purposes.

Quality control is an important function at Brightlight. Therefore we maintain redundant QA systems. Our commitment to excellence has led to three important certifications, ISO 9002, PPAP (parts production approval process) and Mil Spec certification.
