Who We Are We are Brilliant Detroit! We partner with families, neighborhoods, community organizations and businesses to mobilize services that empower families with young children in the areas of health, education, and family stability by providing place-based connections to resources. We envision a future where family services and systems are aligned and children have the environment and opportunity to thrive. What We Do Brilliant Detroit is bridging the access gap, combining people and place and providing the supports and services families need, right in the middle of a neighborhood.
