Our Investment Criteria:

∙ Recurring and sustainable EBITDA between $1.0 and $5.0 million.
∙ Industry niche that provides a strong growth opportunity.
∙ Strong management team in place to either continue with the business or stay on in a temporary consulting capacity to provide a reasonable period of transition to new leadership.
∙ Located in Eastern and Central time zones.
