Broadland Housing Group is a regional housing organisation based in Norwich, England, focused on delivering affordable homes across Norfolk and north Suffolk. Founded in 1963, it owns and manages more than 5,700 homes in a mix of modern apartments, family houses, Sheltered Housing, and Housing with Care, making it one of the area’s largest traditional housing associations. The group comprises Broadland Housing Association and subsidiaries including Broadland St Benedicts, Broadland Development Services, and Broadland Meridian, and is pursuing a development programme of around 600 new homes across social housing, shared ownership, and open market sales.

It aims to support residents and develop life opportunities, while Broadland Meridian provides grants to local organisations that offer training and employment support to disadvantaged individuals.
