Community Engagement Position the library as a community hub for STEAM, education, and inclusive programming to unlock partnership opportunities with local organizations, schools, and non-profits for joint events and grant-funded tech initiatives.

Tech Stack Fit Leverage the library’s existing tech stack (AWS, Drupal, Cloudflare, PayPal) to offer scalable digital services, hosting, and e-commerce enhancements for local vendors, nonprofits, and small businesses seeking affordable, hosted solutions.

Funding Opportunities Capitalize on past grant activity and accreditation milestones by proposing targeted grant-writing support, sponsored programs, and equipment purchases (telescopes, STEM kits) to expand access and programming.

Syndicated Programs Propose turnkey, low-cost collaboration packages (Bad Art Night, chair yoga, LGBTQ+ inclusive panels) with turnkey marketing, event kits, and online promotion to drive attendance and cross-promotions with local partners.

Digital & Services Offer managed IT services, website optimization, and digital literacy training for the library and neighboring institutions to improve operations, cybersecurity, and member engagement while generating recurring revenue.
