Brose Sitech Group develops and manufactures vehicle seats and seat structure components.

Seats are a key differentiator in interior design. They decisively shape the user's comfort experience. Electro-mobility, autonomous driving and cross-system networking are changing the demands on tomorrow's interiors.

The interior of vehicles is developing into a mobile living space. Requirements for comfort and safety are being supplemented by new and flexible options for personalized design.

Almost 5,000 Brose Sitech employees produce carsets and seat structure components for Volkswagen Group brands at seven production sites in Poland, Germany, China and the Czech Republic. A carset comprises the complete seat equipment of a vehicle with up to nine seats. Carsets are delivered just-in-sequence - at the right time and in the right order to the production lines.

Brose Sitech also develops seats for Volkswagen Group vehicles in close cooperation with Volkswagen, Audi and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. More than 200 developers cover the entire development spectrum: from pre-development and calculation, design, reference and appearance development, prototype construction and extensive testing to series production support.
