Joe Rosen has been a corporate and business lawyer for over 16 years, and has an extensive transactional practice.  Joe focuses on mergers and acquisitions, representation of start-up and later-stage companies, contracts, licensing, private financing (debt and equity), intellectual property and sports and entertainment law.  Joe works with clients in many industries, including technology, education, healthcare, software development, manufacturing, sports and entertainment, and hospitality.

Chris and Joe also teach entertainment law, and have taught sports law, at Boston College Law School.
