Founded in 1969, Brunei LNG Sendirian Berhad (Brunei LNG) made history as the first company in the Western Pacific to produce liquefied natural gas (LNG) on a large scale. Since then, it has grown into one of the region’s leading and most reliable LNG suppliers, serving customers across Asia. With over 7,800 cargoes delivered to date via a dedicated fleet of four LNG vessels operated by Brunei Gas Carriers Sdn Bhd, Brunei LNG continues to deliver on its promise of safe, reliable, and competitive energy. Brunei LNG produces up to 7.7 million tonnes of LNG each year from its world-class plant in Lumut, with gas supplied by Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd (BSP) and the Block B Joint Venture (BBJV). The company also produces Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for domestic use in Brunei. With strong partnerships and a growing customer base across Asia, Brunei LNG continues to deliver reliable, high-quality energy to global and local markets.
