Brush Creek Distillery is a craft distillery located at The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming, where production occurs on site. The operation relies on local resources and blends traditional distilling practices with innovative approaches to its spirits. Its production environment leverages the 7,800-foot elevation, granite-filtered water drawn from the nearby Sierra Madre mountains and Medicine Bow National Forest, and a 20,000-square-foot sustainable greenhouse, complemented by locally foraged ingredients. 

Its core lineup includes Brush Creek Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Brush Creek Straight Rye Whiskey, Brush Creek New American Gin, and Brush Vodka, with additional cask-finished releases such as a Cabernet Cask-Finished blend. The distillery marked a historical milestone with its Railcar Rye program, first released in 2021/2022, where mature rye barrels traveled over 1,200 miles along the Transcontinental Railway. Plans for Boxcar #2 and a Barrel Select program are set for 2025, and the company expanded distribution through an e-commerce program launched in late 2024.
