We aim to help customers with complex incomes, diverse circumstances or credit issues to purchase or remortgage their home Our manual underwriting process means we can take the time to look at each case, listen to the story and assess the personal circumstances of borrowers. Our underwriting team have the expertise and authority to lend up to £500k without the need for a risk or credit committee.
