How much do we charge?

We work on a contingency fee basis, which means that our fee is a percentage of whatever we are able to recover on your case. For the average auto accident case, our fee is 1/3 of the total recovered. If we do not recover any money on your case, you owe us nothing for attorney fees.

The goal of the firm is to ensure that clients receive fair settlements. Potential clients receive a free consultation and no client pays attorney’s fees unless his/her case is successful. To best serve clients, hospital and home visits are available.  Also, the staff is multi-lingual, with fluency in Chinese, French, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
