Bucyrus Railcar Repair, LLC is a leading rail services provider, specializing in mechanical operations and railcar repair. BRR operates from one large flagship repair shop, two light repair shops, and a dozen customer and interchange locations as running repair agent.

Bucyrus Railcar Repair-Bucyrus: Located in Bucyrus, Ohio, this facility is one of the five largest general freight railcar facilities in the nation and the premier NS-served repair facility. Dual served by both the NS (direct) and CFE (allowing access to the CSX in Lima, Ohio), it spans 60 acres with 330,000 square feet under roof, 38 repair spots, and holding capacity for 500 cars. The facility's capabilities include: heavy modification and wreck repair; new railcar assembly; parts fabrication; non-hazardous cleaning; multi-level certifications; exterior and interior blasting, painting and lining; mobile repair; storage; and, dismantling

Bucyrus Railcar Repair-Marion: Located within the Marion Intermodal Center, the nation's largest privately-owned intermodal facility, this 35-well capacity intermodal and light repair shop is served by the CSXT five days per week. Intermodal cars may leave the facility loaded with containers, significantly reducing out-of-service shopping time.

Bucyrus Railcar Repair-Fostoria: Served by the CSXT, this shop services high-sided gondolas used by the Sunny Farms Landfill.

Bucyrus Railcar Services: This rapidly growing division of Bucyrus Railcar Repair, LLC specializes in on-site mechanical operations and running repair. BRS is currently serving as designated running repair agent on behalf of the CSXT throughout the central Ohio region, as well as the Marion Intermodal Center and Sunny Farms Landfill.
