Established in 2010, the Buffalo Niagara Manufacturing Alliance (BNMA) is the largest non-profit organization representing manufacturers in the Buffalo Niagara region. Originally founded in the 1940s as the National Tooling & Machining Association Buffalo Chapter, the BNMA has evolved into a modern, dynamic organization committed to supporting the region’s manufacturing community. As the manufacturing landscape continues to grow, more local companies are recognizing the value of being part of this powerful alliance. Today, our membership is composed primarily of manufacturing companies, along with support service providers that cater to the manufacturing sector. Together, we work toward a unified mission: to drive growth for our member companies while helping Western New York thrive as a national hub for precision manufacturing. Our Key Initiatives Include: • Networking & Best Practices: Facilitating connections among members to share expertise, solutions, and strategies for growth. • Collaboration: Encouraging members to outsource work within the group, fostering strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. • Building Community: Offering a centralized platform through our website for resources, news, and member updates. • Advocacy: Using our collective strength to influence local policymakers and raise awareness about the importance of manufacturing in the region. • Training & Resources: Providing specialized resources and training programs to strengthen our members’ workforce and capabilities. • Cost-Effective Solutions: Leveraging our collective size to offer members competitively priced resources and services. • Marketing WNY Manufacturing: Promoting the capabilities and expertise of Western New York manufacturers to national and global markets. Join us in advancing Western New York’s manufacturing sector and positioning your company for long-term success.
