BÜHLMANN offers the broadest calprotectin product range in the industry including BÜHLMANN fCAL® ELISA and quantitative Quantum Blue® Calprotectin rapid tests. All calprotectin products benefit from our patented easy, safe, and clean stool CALEX® sampling and extraction devices.

Beyond our calprotectin brand, we also offer a selection of unique, high-quality assays for Cellular Allergy testing such as the BÜHLMANN Flow CAST® product group for Basophil Activation Testing and Neuroimmunology testing such as the BÜHLMANN GanglioCombi™ products; the only screening ELISAs for anti-Ganglioside testing.
