BUILD Institute is a small nonprofit in the professional training and coaching space that supports entrepreneurship in Detroit. It helps people turn business ideas into reality by offering classes, a mentorship network, and access to resources within a supportive environment that encourages development over time. Since its programs began, the organization has graduated more than 2,600 aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs, many of whom started businesses in the city.

The organization is based in Detroit, Michigan, and has expanded its programming to nearby communities such as Pontiac and Ferndale. In June 2025, Aaron W. Jackson was appointed Executive Director, marking a leadership transition for the nonprofit.
