Building Conservation Associates, Inc. is a private consulting firm active in Heritage Conservation within the architecture and planning field. Founded in 1985 by Raymond Pepi, it maintains offices in New York, Philadelphia, and Newton Centre, Massachusetts, serving architects, building owners, developers, museums, and government on the preservation and treatment of historic buildings and related works of art. A core element of its practice is construction administration and management, overseeing repairs to historic properties carried out by contractors.

The firm assists clients in navigating approvals from local Landmark Commissions and state preservation offices, and it develops applications for historic preservation tax credits under NPS jurisdiction. It has created CPTools, a software solution to help building managers maintain historic properties through scheduling, work orders, and documentation of building history, alterations, and repairs. In 2021, the company expanded with a new Detroit office and appointed a regional director, signaling growth beyond its established footprint.
