Building Services Group, Inc. has been providing trouble free janitorial services, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and floor cleaning since 1983. Although 83% of our business is school cleaning, we also clean many commercial and industrial facilities. Understanding the challenges of maintaining educational facilities has been key to becoming a successful contractor. Unlike many commercial and industrial clients, school accounts often do not stop running until after 9p.m. at night. This often presents enormous challenges that many contractors cannot overcome. We strive for our employees to represent themselves, the company, and the school district in a positive light while often working in a public environment. We believe this image should not be undervalued as visitors often only have one chance to make assumptions about what the district represents as demonstrated by the cleanliness of their facilities and the individuals they employ.
