In addition to providing full-service construction services, Bullard Inc. is known for employing innovative and proven renovation methods of multi-family and senior/assisted living facilities by allowing residents to live in their units during the entire process. Also known in the industry as 'occupied rehabs', what separates Bullard from other contractors is that tenants never have to be moved out of their unit. We handle all of the regulatory notices and take care of the tenants' belongings and furniture, and we readily assist the residents with whatever they need during the day.
