Bruce Burt and Cliff Payne have worked together for about 15 years in various capacities, including private practice and as former Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. in-house trial attorneys.  In 2018, they formed a new firm where they continue to provide the same quality experience and knowledge to their clients.  Mr. Burt and Mr. Payne are licensed in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming and have handled cases in all three states for many years.   They are long-time members of DRI - The Voice of the Defense, having each served a term as State Representative.  They have also contributed their time in service of the local insurance defense organization, Utah Defense Lawyers Association, having both served as President.  They are recognized by their peers to provide the highest level of knowledge and integrity to the law practice and enjoy an AV Martindale rating.
