What is the Extended Stop Arm:

It is an aluminum frame that is attached to the main bracket holding the existing stop arm
It will extend a total of 6.5 ft from the side of the bus
The electrical system integrates with the existing system, including the lights. The control board also has a fail safe to prevent drivers from accidentaly damaging the Extended Stop Arm
It includes a linear actuator that consistently opens and closes the Extended Stop Arm and securely holds it in place while on the road
Is has nylon shear pins that will allow the sign to detach if it is hit
