We’re also the only manufacturer making our own Hot Cast Polyurethane (PU) and UHMW Polyethylene (PE) rod holders in our own plant. Every Buschman thread profile is custom-designed to optimize fluid dynamics, coat weight, and the smoothness of the coating without defect. Our dies are the most accurate in the world, to tolerances of millionths of an inch. This extraordinary precision produces reliable, repeatable results and the longest-lasting rods in the industry.
