Business Affairs, Inc. (BAI for short) is a transactional law firm specializing in the representation of producers, distributors and financiers of feature film, television, live entertainment, and new media properties, providing counsel from development of projects through financing, production and distribution.

We are business-minded deal closers who don’t lawyer deals to death. BAI serves as a complete off-site business and legal affairs department for some clients, while for others it serves as an adjunct to in-house personnel.  

Our brand is action backed by decades of experience. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
