Business HR Solutions (Consultancy) Ltd, trading as HR Solutions, is an award-winning HR, Payroll and Health and Safety consultancy. We’re experts in the field, having delivered outsourced HR consultancy for more than 21 years.

We’ve been in business for a while, but we’re growing fast. After identifying a gap in the market, we introduced a Health & Safety consultancy service for our clients, which was strengthened by the acquisition of leading consultancy, Essential Safety.  In the last two years, we’ve also welcomed Midlands-based HR
consultancies, Crispin Rhodes and Cherington HR, to the HR Solutions family.

In June 2022, we joined the WorkNest family of brands, a natural home for HR Solutions, due to its shared ambition to help employers to succeed.
