BSG’s principals have arranged more than 500 financings, including private debt and equity placements, angel financing and other seed capital, venture capital, mezzanine capital, bridge financing, public equity and real estate and construction loans.  We structure financing solutions, employing diverse techniques appropriate to ongoing business needs.  We can also prepare offering materials, including market and competitive research, business plans, and investor presentations.
