Our work addresses a broad range of conditions, including asthma, anxiety, sleep apnoea, snoring, fatigue and high blood pressure. 

Patrick McKeown’s work is rooted in his personal experience of overcoming chronic asthma following intensive training with Dr Konstantin Buteyko in Moscow. This transformation informed his commitment to delivering structured, science-informed breathing education on a global scale.
