👨👩👧👦 We’re a 4th generation family cheesemaker founded in 1932 in rural Lancashire. For 90 years we have been combining traditional skills, love & innovation to hand make specialist British hard, blue and soft cheese from our dairy.

🐄 Our cheese is made with milk from the family herd, within a 10-mile radius of the dairy. From classic, ‘Sunday Best’ to ‘Kidderton Ash’ goat’s cheese and British Brie, ‘Button Mill’. You might know us best for 'Blacksticks'; smooth, unmistakably orange, with a delicate blue bite, it’s as moreish as it’s versatile.
