We always put our clients' interests first, and because we are a small law firm that provides personal attention, our lawyers know those interests personally In July of 2004, BCPK, LLC, was formed when Chris Byron, Brian Kalb, and Chris Petri left the law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman in Clayton, Missouri, and joined David Gerber in establishing their own law practice. We chose Edwardsville because of the long-standing community ties that our attorneys have to the area. As a small law firm, we have flexibility in taking cases and are able to provide cost-effective legal services. This works to the advantage of our clients as our client base continues to grow. In July 2011, Carlson & Carlson, P.C. merged with Byron Gerber Petri & Kalb, LLC becoming BCPK, LLC. The Carlson Group brought their extensive background and knowledge in the areas of wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury and mediation to Byron, Gerber, Petri & Kalb's already broad practice range of commercial litigation, real estate transactions, corporate formation, estate planning, and criminal defense.
