John and David have been in the industries for a total of 62 years. They felt combining their organizations and forming CADS could increase productivity and quality. Once the two decided to combine forces, a fab shop was leased (20,000 sqft) and CADS began servicing old clients such as Baker, Kinder, Oneok, and Marathon. With oil prices falling, CADS expanded its client base to include, Westlake Petro, Performance Contractors, James PSC, MHI, Axial, Citgo, Prax Air, Phillips, CertainTeed, PPG, Western Sugar Corp, Indorama, Encana, Williams, EOG. Currently, CADS is growing its base with the addition of 12-16 welders on site for PSC at Sasol. SERVICES CADS offers a comprehensive set of General Construction services that Include: • Safety training • Detailed cost estimation based on recent and relevant project cost data • Project program review and validation against the project budget • Constructability reviews and recommendations • Project schedule generation from Schematic Design thru Construction and Occupancy. • Assist the Owner with Planning and Scheduling • Assist with qualified Labor • Communication
