The Cafe Sevilla restaurants share the concept of providing a traditional, authentic, Spanish bistro & Tapas Bar within their respective communities. Cafe Sevilla has locations in downtown San Diego, Long Beach, and Riverside, blocks from the Convention Centers of all locations.  

After 25 years in business, Sevilla's mission has been to maintain the integrity of the Spanish dining experience in Southern California. 

Sevilla specializes in corporate events, social events, and holiday parties for business and individuals alike.  

Eric Vanden Haute, the CEO of the restaurant group, predicts steady growth and expansion for the enterprise.  Eric is an extremely hands on CEO, visiting all three locations to maintain operational direction to the management teams and their staff.  

Cafe Sevilla is owned by Janet and Rogelio Huidobro, who created the venue after longing for the intimate and lively tapas bar experience they knew and loved from their hometown in Spain.  Janet and Rogelio make frequent visits to the San Diego location and make sure they are involved in the restaurants' development each step of the way.
