CAIN Contracting’s expertise encompasses full-service general contracting as well as
commercial interiors fit-out and construction.

• Serving as the prime general contractor, CAIN Contracting’s experience
encompasses construction of new buildings and additions; renovations of
existing facilities; mechanical, electrical, life safety, and other building
systems renovations/upgrades; as well as site development. Cain provides
general contracting services through a variety of delivery methodologies
including Design/Build, traditional Design/Bid/Build, agency construction
management, and construction management “at risk” services.

• CAIN Contracting also provides complete interior contracting and fit-out
services, either as the prime contractor or as a subcontractor to general
contractors on large-scale projects. Cain’s interiors work includes demolition,
drywall installation and finishing, installation of acoustical and suspended
ceilings, painting and wall coverings, flooring and finishes, provision of data,
electrical, and mechanical services, as well as carpentry and miscellaneous
specialty work such as arches and decorative finishing.
