At the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, we exist at the intersection of arts, culture, and community. 

Our mission is to serve as the cultural center of North County San Diego, bringing together our diverse community through the discovery, creation, and celebration of visual and performing arts.

Situated on a dynamic campus, featuring a 1,523-seat Concert Hall, a 406-seat Center Theater, a visual arts museum, art and dance studios, and a conference center — we strive to be a gateway for artistic expression and cultural engagement. Our commitment to a stronger community reaches beyond performances to include an extensive education program and the production of free community events, such as: Jazz Jam Sessions, Holiday Tree Lighting, Day of the Dead, 4th of July festivities, and First Wednesdays musical performances.

As a non-profit organization, we present a rich and diverse array of artistic and cultural offerings, aiming to enrich the lives of the community we serve.
