When we opened the doors in 1986, it was with a pretty simple idea – to make products that people loved. In those days, we had no grand plan to become the world’s largest supplier of insulated products, most days, we were just trying to keep the lights on.

We focused on making great products that were unique, practical and had integrity. Our coolers and lunch bags were like nothing else out there – insulated for better performance, more versatile and much easier to use. And before long, people started to notice. So we grew. A lot.

We acquired the Arctic Zone® brand in 2005 which brought two very powerful teams together. Some time after that we introduced Titan by Arctic Zone, a line of high performance, feature rich, insulated products that keep the cold going longer.

Our newest innovation is the game changing Titan PRO Outdoor Gear, a line of premium, high performance, insulated products. Titan PRO represents the culmination of our years of experience designing high performance soft and hard sided coolers. This exceptional new line delivers heightened levels of performance, durability and functionality with features that enhance our consumers’ experience in the great outdoors.

Almost 40 years since we launched, we have offices in Toronto, Montreal, Chicago and Shen Zhen and a large team of product designers, graphic designers, fashion and trend experts, social media developers, videographers and quality control and safety experts. But our focus hasn't changed. We’re still inspired every day and determined to create the best, most innovative, insulated products around.
