California WIC Association is a nonprofit organization based in West Sacramento, California, formed in 1992 by directors of local WIC agencies administering the federal Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). It promotes WIC and related services to nourish, educate, support, and empower California families toward healthier futures, including breastfeeding support, nutrition education, health care access, and wellness initiatives for families and employees.
