Calista Corporation is a regional Alaska Native corporation established under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. It represents about 37,000 shareholders and spans more than 6.5 million acres across 56 villages, ranking among the largest Alaska Native regional corporations. As the parent company of more than 30 subsidiaries with a footprint across Alaska and the United States, it supports education and community welfare through scholarships and Shareholder and Elders' Benefit distributions.
