Today cooling is becoming the limiting factor for implementation of next-gen electronic components across markets such as E-mobility, Energy and Computing - all three of which are critical to delivering our sustainable future. 

Therefore resolving the need for high performance, ultra reliable and sustainable cooling systems is a must.

Calyos' mission is to provide viable, passive liquid cooling systems to meet the cooling needs of high performance electronic components. 

Calyos' foundation is built on a long history in the space business with both the European Space Agency and Euro Heat Pipes - the latter of which commercialised the same technology for the space business. In space the challenge was to transport the heat to a larger surface of exchange - passively and reliably. 

Today the same is true, as electronics shrink in size and increase in heat density, this heat load must be effectively absorbed (in our case by vaporisation) and transported to a larger surface where it can be effectively dissipated.

We help engineers design viable two-phase, passive cooling systems that we produce to cool components such as power electronics, processors, batteries, etc. 

Calyos' systems utilise technologies such as Loop Heat Pipes, Pulsating Heat Pipes, and Micro-Channel Heat Pipes - although we don't stop there, as innovators in our space we are constantly developing and patenting new technologies to solve new problems, from E-motors to Fuel Cells.
