Camber Holdings is an operationally-focused, private investment firm in Boston. Our team has a successful track record of leasing companies in both downtrend and growth situations. 

We seek to invest in a small number of companies at a given time, spending considerable time and resources on each business. 

Acquisition and investment targets may include private businesses, corporate carve-outs, and distressed credit positions. CCP seeks to invest in businesses through bank workout groups, Chapter 11 proceedings, and from other restructuring situations. 

Our partners and advisors have have significant experience analyzing, building, and growing strong and differentiated businesses across a wide range of industries with extensive experience in business services, transportation & logistics, industrials & manufacturing, consumer and other industries.  

Broad Investment Criteria:
-Lower and middle market companies which can benefit from our operational resources
-$25 million to $100 million in revenues in all industries
-Strong market position at some point in the company lifecycle

Investment Focus:
-Control equity investments and leveraged buyouts
-Investments in bank debt, trade claims, seller notes, distressed credit facilities
-Turnarounds and special situations
-Underperforming assets & companies
-Generational transitions struggling to execute upon a successful strategy
