Camp Kinderland is an oasis for children; a place where they can be themselves, and work and play in an atmosphere of cooperation and trust. At Kinderland, our kids play sports, swim and hike, gain new experiences in arts, drama, music, dance, nature and camping. They also encounter ideals of social justice and peace by singing labor songs or writing skits about putting an end to war. Our campers know it is okay to think, to care, to question and to act. The values of community and culture, of justice and righteousness, are inextricably integrated with the friendship, joy, beauty, and sheer fun and adventure of life at sleepaway camp. Children ages 8 to 16 can attend Camp Kinderland in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts for 3 weeks, 4 weeks or 7 weeks. 2 week programs are available for first time campers ages 8 to 10 years old.
