Camp Loughridge, based in southwest Tulsa, Oklahoma, operates as a year-round recreational facility set in a rustic natural environment, offering intergenerational programs aligned with Christian growth and spiritual renewal. Since 1995 it has been organized as an independent 501(c)(3) ministry, a structure chosen to reach a broader Christian community in the Tulsa area. The organization aims to function as a Christ-centered setting that supports personal and spiritual development. Its history connects to the First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa and to Tulsa’s early YWCA camp, Camp Parthenia, before the camp was renamed in memory of Reverend Robert M. Loughridge. The campus spans 186 acres and is run by a full-time year-round staff, with activities centered on a summer camp program and facilities available for group and organizational rentals. The summer component comprises eight weeks of day camp that reaches more than 1,900 children from the Tulsa area, with scholarships provided for economically disadvantaged youth.
