Camp Starlight is a traditional summer camp located in Starlight, Pennsylvania, on a 385-acre campus that includes two private lakes. The program runs a single seven-week session designed to balance routine with personal choice, culminating in an annual Olympics where campers form Blue and White teams to apply what they've learned. At the camp, roughly 560 campers are supported by a staff of about 300 drawn from countries around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Mexico, and Colombia. Staff participate in an immersive orientation before living in bunks with campers for the summer, contributing to daily activities and the camp community. The experience includes a mix of shared traditions and events such as Jell-O Wrestling, MTV Night, and Staff Sports, with an emphasis on skill development, friendship, and personal growth.
