The Canadian Meat Council (CMC) is the national voice of Canada’s meat industry, representing the entire value chain of red meat production and distribution in Canada, including all beef and pork sold internationally. As an expert-oriented industry, the CMC provides advocacy on behalf of its members and works to secure and improve Canada’s global meat competitiveness. The CMC provides services to its members with four key priorities: Regulatory Compliance, International Trade, Public and Stakeholder Engagement, and Member Services.
