Cancer Patient Services is a nonprofit agency that serves cancer patients who live or work in Hancock County. Our mission is to provide compassionate support to Hancock county cancer patients and families throughout their journey.  All of our services are provided free of charge to our clients.  CPS receives its funding from donations, fundraisers, memorials or bequests, and grants.  
Eligibility Requirements for Services:
•	A cancer diagnosis from a licensed medical practitioner; and
•	You live or work in Hancock County at the time of your intake appointment.

•	Mileage Reimbursement for trips related to Cancer Treatment

•	Supplemental Food, ie. , Ensure, etc.
