In 1997, a small team of experts set out to build a more efficient and flexible model for clinical research, directing more resources to science and patients. Their commitment was clear: no effective cancer therapy should fail due to insufficient scientific rigor. Since then, Cancer Research And Biostatistics (CRAB) has supported more than 400 clinical trials and 350,000 patients, working with over 1,300 clinical sites across the world and contributing to more than 800 publications. We bring oncology-level rigor to research across disease areas. Today, CRAB is a nonprofit clinical research organization providing biostatistics, data management, and analytics for clinical trials. We are committed to improving data quality and advancing innovative approaches that strengthen the reliability and impact of every study. We support the full clinical trial lifecycle, from design through regulatory submission and publication. If you are working to bring effective therapies to patients—whether in oncology or beyond—we are ready to help.
